Seductive aromas of cranberry, raspberry, watermelon, strawberry, and toffee apple. The palate is crisp and dry, characterized by strawberry and cranberry with subtle, fresh spice. Fantastic balance. Best served as an aperitif, or accompanying sushi, smoked salmon, shellfish, and spicy dishes such as Indian curries and Thai cuisine.
