Tasting Notes

A unique, terroir-expressive Bordeaux-style white. Light straw yellow in color, with an invigorating salty bouquet complemented by delightful hints of green fig and white peach. A medium-bodied palate, with an elegant balance of richness and a fresh citrus finish.
