Traditional hand harvesting, destemmed and no crushing. 10% of the grapes were whole bunch pressed, and the must fermented in stainless tanks. Once pressed off, the wine was racked and matured in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th fill French oak barrels for eight months.

Elegant cherry and red berry nose. The palate is pure with lovely texture; sweet cherry fruit dominates with spicy undertones. The wine is fresh and vibrant.
